The paper is concerned with simulation of single phase induction motor using Matlab-Simulink program. Simulation was performed for different capacitors and mechanical loading influence on the machine. It was choose ventilator characteristic for mechanical loading. Instantaneous waveform of voltages, currents, speed and torque was observed.
