Prognostic determine the level of reliability should be an integral part of the electroinvestment product design process. First estimates of reliability must be made during the design of prototype devices. At present, there has been a significant changein technology of assembly - the technological shift toward lead-free technology that changes the conditions for assembly techniques. This shift has changed the level of reliability coefficients both assembly and some kinds of components. Some componentsalso stopped having a period of constant failure rate - exponential period. These aspects reduce the credibility of reliability prediction using one-parameter model.
