DETECTING TECHNICAL INTERFERENCE IN MULTICHANNEL ECOG RECORD
Original language description
This paper is focused on detecting technical interference we found in ECoG record during detection of high frequency oscillations (HFO). It has been proved that HFO can correspond with beginning of epileptic seizures or may lead us to epileptic center inbrain tissue. During our detection we found extremely many events which we classified as interference. This technical interference has similar parameters as HFO and brings artifacts to the record. We try to discover features of this phenomenon and evaluate how much it influences the signal and HFO detection. This interference has clearly a non-biological origin and affects all channels. At this moment we try to find out what may cause it and implement method for detecting it
