Original language description
This paper is focused on detecting phenomenon which occurs in epilepsy called high-frequency oscillations (HFO). It has been proved that HFO can correspond with beginning of epileptic seizures or may lead us to epileptic center in brain tissue. Here is short introduce to topic problematics and brief medical background. In following part is described designed algorithm for detection of those oscillations, methods chosen for testing and test data. Parameters used for detection were taken from both, time and frequency domain to make algotihm more accurate. Algorithm was tested on significant amout of data to make conclusions. At the end is dicusion about results, their meaning and future work we aimed.
