Original language description
This Article introduces a new way to quality improvement - Agile Product Design. The Author employs this concept for increasing an efficiency and flexibility of product design - namely in the field of electronics manufacturing, for example component and PCB manufacturing, soldering, etc. The idea is included into the proposition of Agile Project Management Framework, primarily intended as a tool for management of electronic product design projects. This work builds on the achievements resulting from the previous works of the Author concerning agility in the area of product design and project management. In the Article we explain how the basic principles of agility may be employed in the field of product design. Further, we clarify how the employment of agility approach may increase a quality of whole design process as well as quality of final product. Finally, the results and future work will be described too.
