Pilot Study of Feedback Presentations for Brain Computer Interface
Original language description
This contribution contains a pilot study on feedback presentation used for a motorimagery based brain-computer interface (BCI). We performed synchronous experiment to examine influence of the feedback behaviour on the BCI performance. Our real-time EEG processing system was used for the experiment. Four types of feedback behaviour (continuous direct, continuous integrating, discrete direct, and discrete integrating) were used. This paper describes a pilot study with data from only one subject. The feedback with best classification score was continuous direct. The BCI achieved score of 71.9% with this feedback.
