Original language description
Sophisticated analysis of intracranial elec-troencephalograms (iEEG) is time consuming process due to large amount of data. This paper presents possibility of channels number reduction based on their information value. We show feature extraction methodsused for deter-mining presence of pathologies in signal. Whole process is tested on both real iEEG and surrogate data with injected pathological patterns. Methods of unsupervised classifica-tion are discussed and the classification based on euclidean distance in multidimensional space is tested. The results of classification are promising and their improvement will be main focus of the future research.
