  • Original language description

    A low-cost dual-axes fluxgate sensor with a flat ring-shaped core is presented. The amorphous magnetic core material was field annealed prior to sensor assembly. Perpendicular field anisotropy created by the annealing procedure around the circular core improved the sensor noise properties in the two perpendicular sensitive directions of the dual-axes fluxgate sensor. Results were evaluated in terms of BH-loop measurement, domain observation, and fluxgate sensor noise measurement.
