Automated Testbed for Measurements and Evaluation of the Position Sensors Characteristics
Original language description
We describe an original workplace for education purposes to demonstrate an activity of five position sensors. The sensors are based on a capacitance, inductance and micropulse principles. The workplace provides an automatic or manual measuring of transfer and switching characteristics. Measurements are evaluated by the embedded computer with a graphical user interface. Evaluation is done according to the international industrial standard IEC 60 770. At the end of the measurement, user obtains a measuring protocol with all the results.
