ENISA Threat Landscape for DoS Attacks
Original language description
Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks have been a constant security concern for organisations. However, in the last few years, DoS attacks have become easier, cheaper and more aggressive than ever before. The emergence of new armed conflicts around the world acted as fuel to new waves of DoS attacks where newly formed threat groups pick and choose various targets. This report aims to bring new insights to the DoS threat landscape. Through a careful analysis of the motivations and impact of DoS attacks, this report aids organisations to understand this threat and how to better protect themselves if they are ever a target.
