Original language description
In this paper, analysis of output power changes with the change in temperature was explained. The two different DC converters were designed. One converter is Silicon based and other with Silicon Carbide MOSFET’s. These Converters are called Bi-directional DC Converters operating under Boost Mode. The Software used for the simulation of converters was LTSPICE.
