Original language description
The fact that the deep knowledge of mathematics and physics is necessary condition for all technical branches is generally accepted. The ability to measure and evaluate data is very important part for any engineering application. However, the quick development of measuring equipment and, particularly, the computerization have brought many changes into education system. The modern teacher must transform the old proved laboratory exercises in such a way that the experiments (e.g. measurement, data processing) will be carry out using modern equipment. In our laboratories each student has to pass small exam prior to start the experiment. Thanks to modern equipment we transformed our tests to the computer version. Test consists of nine questions covering one laboratory exercise and student should answer all questions in time limit of five minutes. Our present paper deals with semester experience with computer testing of students.

Nezbytná znalost matematiky a fyziky na technických studiích je obecně přijímána. Měření a vyhodnocování dat je velmi důležitá část inženýrských aplikací. Moderní učitel musí transformovat staré zavedené laboratorní úlohy do měření se současnou výpočetnítechnikou. Výpočetní technikou je také možné zkoumat připravenost studentů na měření.
