The article is focused on the concept of logistics support from public funds in the Czech Republic, basic division and selection of regions for public logistic center (PLC), conditions for the creation of PLC in the Czech Republic and expected social benefits of public financed logistics. Also it's focused on government participation in financing and current stage of PLC in the Czech Republic. In the article is pointed to positive influence of PLC on expansion of regions, optimization of transport loads, increase of offer and quality of logistic services, competition ability of small and midsized companies, increase of contribution in rail transport of total amount of freight transport and Evaluation of investments to modernize backbone rail-based transit corridors. Here are marked requirements of EU as well as national transport policy, main goals to support logistic from public founds, trends of EU with regards on contribution to ecological transportation.
