The article discusses the financing of transport infrastructure and its multiplier effects. Authors on several charts are considering performance context of the national economy, spending on construction and maintenance of transport infrastructure and the indebtedness of the state budget. The described transport system is shown as an important sector of the national economy. The multiplier effects of spending on transport infrastructure and their reflex to national economy are highlighted.
