Almost in every organization we can meet with department of quality management, environmental or safety. Each department has an important and irreplaceable function within the organization. They use same or similar inputs in their work process, but output is different product. In view of the fact that the perfect cooperation of these departments requires high level of communication, paper work and other related tasks, the managers are beginning to look for new more effective model of organization structure. Solution could be model called Integrated Management System - IMS.)
