This article deals with the possibilities of failure to comply with compliance-basedregulation thanks to creation a safety study for intended proceses. These are very importantopportunities in aviation where currently safety studies attach a very high degree of importance and are one of the essential elements in the approvals. Given this fact, it should befeasible to violate regulations based on the output of safety studies.
