The problem with airport marketing communication is question, if marketing communication is at the airport really necessary. The airport can be monopolistic. In addition to communication with the airlines and increasing number of destination, airport has to concentrate on sale of specific airport items. In first part of this article is described a method for creating a marketing communication. In next step is specified an application of this method. Besides a generally examples, in article is case of non-sales marketing communication and proposals for solutions. In the end, this article assesses, if the solutions of this problems are necessary and important for airport and how the airport can solve it.
