    The metropolitan railway system like metro is very important structure of majority of capital traffic infrastructure. To ensure the safe metro operation, so its safety concept needs to have several layers. It goes minimally on: the construction of own entity and its equipment; ensuring the normal operation; and ensuring the operation at abnormal conditions. Due to both, a lack of knowledge, resources, forces and means, and the dynamic development of the world, it needs to be in accordance with the TQM project management type, processed the plan of management of important risks, especially those that relate to: the human factor (errors in decision-making and management); the failures of nature technical, technological and cyber; a lack of sources, forces and resources. The article includes the real results for the Praha capital metro station.
