The crystal structure of the mixed crystals and amonium dynamics were studied by the powder neutron diffraction and by the inelastic incoherent neutron scattering methods. The x-T phase diagrams were determined. Recent neutron scattering studies allow todetermine the concentration region the existence of orientational glass state.
