    Numerical Aspects of a Bacteria Growth Model

    We numerically investigate the bacteria growth model proposed by Mimura et al. [6]. First the problem and the equations are introduced and the numerical method is described, next several numerical results are presented. Finally the experimental convergence analysis for two different parameter values is indicated, including the xperimental order of convergence and L2, L1 distance measured towards the finest mesh.
