Influence of Hydration on the XRD-Obtained Characteristics of Zirconium Oxide Layers
Original language description
The aim of the present study was to find out the influence of hydration on the properties of oxide layers arising on zirconium alloys during high temperature oxidation in VVER water environment. The residual stresses crystallite size D and micro strainswere examined by means of XRD. It has been shown that the XRD characteristics of hydrated layers are different from those of dehydrated oxide
