    Comparison of LPP and DPP in nitrogen source

  • Original language description

    Two different table-top XUV sources for soft x-ray microscopy have developed. The first one is based on laser-produced plasma (LPP) from gas target and the second one is capillary pinching discharge in capillary filed by nitrogen (DPP). Both sources emitstrong spectral line corresponding to quantum transition 1s2p?>1s2 of helium like nitrogen at the wavelength l= 2.88 nm. We report our two experimental systems and optimized results achieved.
