Original language description
The conjugation of trastuzumab to 161Tb@Fe3O4-APTES was done via nucleophilic addition of aldehyde group bearing trastuzumab to amine functionalized SPIONs. Modification of nanoparticles surface was confirmed using the infrared spectroscopy. Radiolabeling yield was 99.9 %. The overall activity of prepared conjugate was 436 MBq and the specific activity of the labelled nanoparticles was 20,3 MBq/mg.
