Original language description
The aim of this study is to assess whether there is diversity in the visual preference of public in relation to the presence of built-up areas in landscape and whether those visual preferences for built-up areas are in relation with the size of the townwhere the respondent lives. The method of questionnaire, based on the assessment of landscape photographs, showed a connection between the public visual preferences and presence of the built-up area on the photography, and conversely did not confirm a connection of public visual preferences for built-up areas and the size of the respondent's place of residence.
