Children scoliosis is cured by braces. The presentation shows computer algorithm for calculation of spine stress state as an brace force effect. It is used finite element method. The algorithm enables for measured spine deformities at X-ray calculated optimal brace form. The second part of presentation shows algorithm for treatment course prognosis.
