Original language description

The article authors has new patent for brace with controlled force prescribing. The brace has better treatment effect than the previous brace type. The brace consist from 2 or 3 parts connected by joints and telescopes with prescribed forces on the appositive sides. The article describes the algorithm for calculation of optimal telescope forces.

Czech description

Autorům článku byl udělen nový patent pro ortézu s řiditelným silovým předpětím. Ortéza má lepší léčebný efekt než dříve používané typy. Ortéza se skládá ze 2 nebo 3 částí spojených navzájem klouby a na opačné straně teleskopy s nastavitelnými silami působení. Článek ukazuje algoritmus výpočtu optimálních sil v teleskopech.
