Original language description
Child scoliosis can be treated with help braces. The paper describes a new type brace with regulated prescribing. The top of paper is computer help design of brace. The brace consists from 2 or 3 parts which is connected by joints and telescopes on appositive sides. The given forces can be adjusted at telescopes. The algorithm of calculation of spinal curve correction as brace effect is at the first part of article and optimal design of telescope forces is in the second part.

Czech description
Skolióza dětí může být léčena ortézami. Článek popisuje nový typ ortézy s regulovaným předpětím. Účelem je počítačová podpora návrhu ortézy. Ortéza se skládá ze 2 nebo 3 částí spojených klouby a na druhých stranách teleskopy. V teleskopu lze nastavit zadanou sílu. V prvé části je algoritmus výpočtu kotekce páteřní křivky od účinku ortézy, v druhé části určení optimálních sil v teleskopech.
