Original language description
Principles of basic PVD and CVD methods for thin films fabrication are discussed. Focus to laser technologies as PLD (Pulsed laser deposition), MAPLE (Matrix assisted laser deposition) and hybrid laser technologies. Methods as combination of PLD + radiofrequency (RF)+ hollow cathode discharges, PLD + magnetron sputtering, PLD + PLD, PLD + ion gun are mentioned. New biocompatible materials and their toxicity will be shortly discussed.
