Strut and Tie models are very good means for calculating the high beams, deep beams, walls or conventional beams exposed to shear or combination of shear and bending. Already a few decades are being developed and applied to concrete structures, but lately in the world there have been attempts to apply them to new material, namely the steel fiber reinforced concrete - ie, the steel fiber reinforced concrete reinforced of the bar reinforcement.
