The Covid 19 pandemic has deeply affected not only the life of everyone, but the functioning of the entire society and has caused significant negative changes in the life of the whole society. The effects of the pandemic on the development of individual regions are slowly beginning to manifest themselves, and it turns out that (of course) there are substantial regional differences in these impacts, as well as different ways to deal with the effects of the pandemic. The aim of the conference is to create a platform to share experience and inspiration on how the Covid 19 pandemic has affected individual regions of Europe, or individual areas of regional development, what paths, tools, and innovations have been found to deal with its consequences. This conference builds on an already established tradition and allows for meetings of experts from the academic environment and practitioners, which creates an exceptional opportunity for mutual dialogue and enrichment.
