In cooperation with the European Training Academy, it focuses on non-research skills in the field of energy efficient construction. In the first part, the lecturer presented a basic breakdown of the European institutions and actors who are influencing events in Brussels. He focused on research and development policy, specifically on energy efficient construction and its Czech representatives in Brussels. In the next part of the training, participants learned about the methods that can be used in lobbying and how to use them in the field of energy efficient construction. They learned how to write an "advocacy letter" to have the desired impact. The lecturer was Márton HAJDU - spokesman for the Hungarian Permanent Representation in the EU.
