Original language description
Work with dangerous pathogens pose risk of infection to the laboratory staff. Therefore, it would be suitable to inactivate the samples prior to their processing and thus minimise risk for infection. Majority of the commercial kits, however, does not fitto thermal treatment of samples. Therefore, the report deals, on the one hand, with modifications of isolation procedures and, on the other hand, it mainly monitors finding of the most efficient treatment of the samples for the detection of bacterial pathogens by means of real-time PCR after their thermal inactivation.

Porovnání různých postupů zpracování vzorků ve vztahu k citlivosti PCR detekce patogenů.
Czech description
Při práci s nebezpečnými patogeny hrozí riziko infekce laboratorního personálu. Bylo by proto vhodné vzorky před zpracováním inaktivovat a tím minimalizovat riziko infekce. Většina komerčních souprav však není pro zpracování tepelně opracovaných vzorků vhodná. Práce se proto věnuje jednak modifikacemi izolačních postupů, ale zejména sleduje nalezení nejefektivnějšího zpracování vzorků pro detekci bakteriálních patogenů pomocí real-time PCR po jejich tepelné inaktivaci
