Original language description
The contribution deals with a possible treatment of raw leather waste of leather - making industry to protein hydrolysates, which can be evaluate as a capable supplement of soluble collagen used nowadays in cosmetic mixtures for skin and hair care. Thiswork was mainly focused on optimalisation of reaction conditions of enzymatic enzymatic process for the collagen hydrolysate manufacturing, which purity was revealed with a total hydroxyproline content, total amidic nitrogen and a lipoid quantity. Moreover an influence of reaction parameters on total yield of hydrolysate (dry matter) and molecular weight of hydrolysate due to its proposal use in cosmetics mixtures. Microcomputer statistical program Statgraphics version 6.0 was used for experiment planning and results evaluation.
