Original language description
Dimethylolurea as a substance modelling commercial urea-formaldehyde adhesives was mixed with various concentrations of collagenous hydrolysate, obtained by enzyme hydrolysis of chromed leather waste from leather production and the influence of hydrolysate concentration in reaction mixture on TGA curves in temperature range 25-300 C was followed. A strong effect of the hydrolysate on oximethylene bridges formation was observed.
