Original language description
Structural parameters of b-nucleated injection-molded samples and their degradability were studied using X-ray diffractometry and light microscopy. It was found that the mold temperature significantly influences phase composition of the injection moldedsamples and the spherulite size increases with rising mold temperature. On the other hand, the thickness of the skin layer decreases with increasing mold temperature. Furthermore, the level of surface damage caused by degradation strongly depends on specimen morphology.
