    The influence of the substrate surface on deposition of thin layers from PEDOT:PSS

  • Original language description

    This study present the influence of surface properties (roughness, surface energy) on the PEDOT:PSS layers. We tested three, in OLED typically used, substrates - Quartz glass, ITO/quartz glass and PET foil, on that the layers from PEDOT:PSS were deposited. The properties of substrates were investigated by surface energy and contact angle measurement by SEE SYSTEM from Advex Instruments. The roughness of the substrates and topography of layers were measured by atomic force microscopy (AFM).
