How to become a learning organisation?
Original language description
This article first introduces the term the learning organisation and concrete characteristics of companies bearing this denotation. It will explain the reason why there is a certain need to convert the #usual# company into the learning organisation and it will illustrate the main contributions expected of this transformation. It will also answer the questions how to create culture of learning organisation, what is the meaning of learning in this organisation and how the organisation learns. Many organisations is recently conscious of need of education not only for their employees but also for the organisation as such. That is why attention is paid also to concrete obstacles that may stand in the uneasy way to the learning organisation. You will learnhow to recognize these barriers and what are their causes, which will help you to avoid them.
