    We can divide people#s knowledge into two types explicit and tacit. Explicit knowledge can be articulated and formalized. It is recorded and available, and is held in databases, in corporate intranets and intellectual property portfolios. Tacit knowledgeexists in people#s minds. It isn#t easy to formalized, often it can be even impossible. It is acquired through personal experience.Tacit knowledge is important for our lives. It helps us to adapt ourselves to our backgrounds, to decide and to act. It isimportant for managerial work too. In the paper, there the author thinks about consequences of having the right tacit knowledge in managerial work. Tacit knowledge helps managers to achieve their goals. Managers use tacit knowledge by solving problems,managing themselves, managing tasks and managing others.The detailed research of managerial tacit knowledge could be useful. If we knew more about managerial tacit knowledge, we would be able for example to help candidates for managerial
