?Work Smarter? is oriented on the creation and pilot testing of a new further education educational programme at universities The article presents partial results of the project We Work Smarter, which is designed as a support of tertiary education. Theseresults deal with creating e-learning. Following a phase of strategic planning of e-learning and a research in e-learning systems a system EduBase has been chosen. This system offers a comprehensive storage of available information sorted according to topics of studies and also includes tools for writing and creating handouts. It best fits the requirements of the project.
