The paper deals with the e-Commerce management theory and is aimed primarily at its usage in business-to-consumer markets. On-line purchasing management is increasing not only in the Czech Republic also in Europe and all over the world. The customers whothink rationally use on-line shopping because of money saving, speed delivery and chance of products comparison. The paper also presents an important aspect of e-Commerce ? trust ? which plays a significant role. Further the paper introduces new subject? Advanced marketing and management - which was prepared for FaME students as a part of new study programmes and e-commerce is a part of this subject.
