This article brings a presentation of results from the Third Career Project. This project was done in Czech Republic, in central Bohemia. Two companies ? Expertis Prague and CSP Management Consultants cooperated with personnel officers from companies, and together they introduced various tools, which can be used to set the right company personnel policy, which takes the population ageing into account and which creates a personnel strategy for employees 50+. Based on the research of scholar sources and results, mainly from the Third Career Project, the author of this article focuses on these tools and shares their point of view on these tools.
