Teleworking as an Opportunity for 50+ Employees
Original language description
Labour market in the Czech Republic as well as in the whole world has changed considerably during the last decade. This change appeared as a part of global changes within social structure. The age structure on the labour market starts to show signs of shift towards overabundance of 50+ employees. This article presents an insight into this employee age structure, their usability and utility in teleworking. That is a system of work where the working hours and work load is determined individually by each employee while the priority is in keeping the deadlines for submission of fulfilled tasks to the employer. Great potential has arisen in this area for the age group of 50+ employees.
