Since the demographic structure of the labour market is rapidly changing and the retirement age is higher and higher, we can expect a lot of changes in the future. One of these changes is excess of the elder employees over the younger ones. A very important thing for the organisations to do will be to use the whole potential and personal know-how of these employees (50+). The employee 50+ has a very strong base of knowledge and experience. The corporate government could use these employees in team leaders? positions, to manage and motivate other employees and also support their interpersonal communication and minimize their faulty decisions. This attitude would lead to an effective and quick solution of the given task.
