Original language description
The paper acts with usage of modern management models for companies in their combination. As a fundamental were selected following instruments of value management - EFQM Excellence Model, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Economic Value Added (EVA) and benchmarking. Chosen management concepts represent self-applicable management "tools" nevertheless enhance competitiveness and the synergy effects are gained only through their cross-combination. The main aim of the paper is overall modelling of above mentioned concepts including suggestion of partial EFQM criteria.
