Multinational companies as a result of globalization takeover small companies worldwide to be more competitive, to increase profit or to step forward among rivals. Consequently corporate companies create strategies for all daughters? enterprises to become the best in the market. Implementation of corporate standards is not so smooth and comfortable for all involved because differences in the culture of each company, different environment and diverse values and traditions can cause problems in the fulfillment of the corporate goals.
