Social competency plays important role in manager?s everyday decision making. Without social interactions people are not able making their business operations. So how and what is most important way to increase social intelligence of futures leaders? Arethey our parents, teachers, friends, colleagues, mentor or coach who lead us through our life? Parents are first and most important social teacher for us. Academic education is seen as secondary element which can provide us in personal development. Thisarticle is focused on brief view of social development for university students through education to be perspective leader for their future.
