The following paper deals with prerequisites for creating and maintaining a successful corporate strategy that can enable a company to effectively transform business intentions into reality. The right usage of corporate strategy in existing management systems (preferably in companies behaving like living organisms) may improve organizational performance, however identification of dimensions that have a fundamental influence on company?s performance, profitability, effectiveness, competitiveness and their synergistic effects, will create a new, original and valuable strategic management system with a significant influence on corporate performance, its self-sustainability, competitiveness and could be utilized as an example of a successful corporate strategy.
