This paper deals with utilization of process approach for elaboration of electronic education modules. Firstly the aims of the project are set, to enable successful electronic education implementation involving two subjects from financial management area. Three pillars that lead to fulfilment of these aims are defined. One of them is the process approach which by utilization of process map provides a frame for efficient subject matter implementation. The process structure is built upon a consistent structure of e-learning modules. This structure assures a complex coverage of discussed topics also from the practical aspect. Second part of this paper discusses elements which the delegated e-learning team used to improve and gimmick up the electronic education. The article is concluded by summing up the positive and negative aspects of e-learning education implementation.
