Learning and development programs have become an internal part of CSR in the most of medium size and large size companies. This paper represents a unique research which is focused on the analysis of employees? education in Bata Company before 1945. CSR system in Bata Company was a huge complex of many parts. One of these parts was specifically defined and structurally planned education for employees. CEO of the company ? Tomas Bata the Founder is a perfect example of socially responsible entrepreneur. Tomas Bata established many professionally oriented schools and education institutions. These institutions were had been attended by both ? Bata?s employees and children and adults from wide surroundings too. The institutions had been established in Zlinand many foreign countries too, there were Bata Company had run its offices.
