SPECIFICS OF AGRICULTURE TO ARGUE FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE BRANCH
Original language description
The function of agrarian markets gradually changes thanks to progressive globalization. The support of revenues by means of the price support of commodities decreases and the system of grants of the type of direct payments and project-conceived structural supports is used. The system of grants is a sensitive theme for all agricultural politicians and, therefore, the general conception and reform of the Common Agricultural Policy of EU ranks among the most often discussed questions. The paper deals withthe substantiation of the support of agriculture and characteristics of the effect of particular groups of grants on economic costs. The development is also presented of the volume of direct payments on the whole and within the CR budget.
